Throughout the season we will keep you up to date with the club activities. We will do so in several ways:

Check it regularly. There are email links to each of the Directors & you can sign up for Day Trips & socials by email. We will also provide links from our site to the resorts we are visiting this year, so you can check out their facilities.

 

The club newsletter will be available at least monthly during the season (more frequently as needed).SnoNews will be emailed to all club members. Those members without access to email will receive a hard copy via snail mail.

From time to time we will send out reminders of deadlines, special events, etc. Unfortunately, there will not be a snail-mail version of Alerts.

 

Although the club phone has been the traditional way for members to get information and to leave messages for the directors, it is being replaced by the web site and email. The message machine will be checked weekly, but we encourage the use of email, or call the director directly.

VISA/MASTERCARD/Cheques/Cash: Variety of payment methods is available to members for any activity. Interac is also accepted at club meetings only.

You can sign up for any event/trip by FAXING your completed form (pay by credit card) to 905 880 9982. That fax is in a private location, so your info remains confidential
